Mr Tek Heng has 37 years of legal practice experience in general corporate and conveyancing matters. He was also previously a part-time tutor at the Singapore Institute of Management and the Council of Legal Education.
He was appointed a Commissioner for Oaths on 1 April 1996 and a Notary Public since 1 October 2001.

Requirements
The following items will be required for the notarization process:
- Your NRIC (if Singaporean) and/or your Passport
- The original document(s) to be notarized
- If a notarized certified true copy is required, a photocopy of the original documents
(together with the orignal) - For notarization of company documents to be signed under the common seal or by its
authorized attorney, the following additional documents:
- Board Resolution
- Company Constitution
- Power of Attorney
